With 18 years of real estate industry experience, Ticor Title’s Andrea Mittelstaedt has seen a life-time of events and transitions that have made her wise beyond her years and always eager to learn more. Her mother was in the real estate business as a successful real estate broker, so it wasn’t a surprise when Andrea found her niche in the title industry. She is currently Vice President of sales and works in both residential and commercial real estate.

With 11 years served with Ticor Title, Andrea continues to grow and expand her business. Her skills in professional development and client relations are complemented by her focus and determination. Her favorite part of the job is the relationships she has cultivated with her client and the family environment of Ticor. Those who have worked with Andrea describe her as creative, determined, and focused. She goes the extra mile, adapts to new challenges, and is always thinking outside the box.

Andrea has been a consistent Ticor elite producer throughout her time at Ticor. In 2020, she was awarded the Elite Sales Award.

Andrea was born and raised in La Habra, California. She currently lives in Villa Park, California, with her husband, 3-year-old daughter, and two dogs, Hogan & Darwin. In her free time, she loves working out, traveling, and crafting with her daughter.
