With over 10 years of real estate experience and 3 years of title under her belt, Jennifer Tran is an expert in the field and considers it her passion.  Nicknamed the “Queen of Networking,” Jennifer makes sure to establish solid relationships with her clients and takes a hands-on approach in her career.  Jennifer’s love for real estate fuels her work, and she considers it a fun industry with fun people.

Jennifer is the Assistant Vice President of Commercial Sales, where she specializes in commercial real estate.  She makes it her goal to be the best at anything she does – “work smarter, not harder,” she says.  Within the company, she thrives in the environment, which is full of experienced professionals with a high level of expertise.  Jennifer makes sure to bring her A-game to her work, and clients describe her as “always out hustling.”  Considered by others to be fun and loyal, Jennifer abides by the motto to “celebrate all wins.”

Jennifer’s professional affiliations include: AREAA, NAIOP, and CREW.  She hails from Fountain Valley, CA, and has honed her business acumen at an early age, earning her BA in Business Marketing from Cal State Fullerton on a communications scholarship.  She has one son, a five-year-old named Weston.  When she is not at work, Jennifer loves to travel, golf, and snowboard – and even loves to dabble in real estate in her free time as well!
