Her move into the title industry, says Chris, came after growing up watching her father, an area real estate broker, and her mother, a licensed sales agent. “It was natural for me to go into some aspect of the business,” she recalls. A structured environment that worked well with her family attracted her interest, and she soon found that she reveled in the opportunity to cultivate relationships with other real estate professionals and become an extended member of their teams…and their successes. “I really enjoy the opportunity to identify solutions to the challenges that agents face,” she explains. “With strong communication skills and an entrepreneurial approach to business, I am a problem solver and a resource of information for my customers.”
Though it seemed inevitable that Sal would follow suit into a real estate-related profession, he opted to pursue other interests before committing to a full-time career in title. While in high school and during his time at California State University, Dominguez Hills, where he majored in Digital Media Communications, he worked part-time in the business. “There was a lot of gopher work,” he recalls. “From copying forms and basic customer service, I eventually moved into an assistant position before becoming a title representative.” Like his mother, Sal describes the move as a natural and seamless transition. “I feel like I’ve been working with agents whom I have known my entire life,” he notes.
Years in the business have allowed Chris and Sal to develop an uncanny synergy that translates into smoother transactions for their customers. “Professionally, we know each other so well,” observes Chris. “Sal and I have an excellent sense of what needs to be done and how we’ll tackle each task. It’s an efficient and effective process.”
