Escrow Officer

Wendy Stewart is a Senior Escrow Officer based out of our Newport Beach office. She joined the industry over 28 years ago and has built a reputation for her knowledge, experience, and dedication. She specializes in residential resale and refinance transactions, including reverse and construction loans for California and several other states.
 
She enjoys the challenge this job offers and how each day is different. Those who work with Wendy describe her as knowledgeable, hard-working, and customer focused.
 
Wendy was born in Long Beach and raised in Orange County, California. She received a full-ride softball scholarship and a business degree from the University of Utah. She played 3rd base all four years, including two years in the NCAA College World Series. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, spending time on the water, and taking her dog, Bella, for walks.
