Born and raised in beautiful San Luis Obispo, Chantell attended San Diego State University before settling in Orange County. Growing up with a front-row seat to the real estate world through her father, a builder and developer, she found her own path in the title industry in 1994.

Chantell thrives on challenges and takes pride in navigating even the most complex transactions. Known as a relentless advocate for her clients, she is committed to finding solutions— especially when others can’t see a clear path forward.
